
Redesigning Unlimitd’s onboarding to boost adoption and user experience
Unlimitd is a French online platform that provides financing services for e-commerce businesses. They offer them the acceleration they need by unlocking the cash needed for their purchases, up to €250,000. Easily, without constraints and in 48 hours! Unlimitd is not just a lender, they are the growth engine for digital entrepreneurs.
Project Goal
The first task was to review and redesign Unlimitd’s whole onboarding flow (UI/UX), in order to improve the user experience and to make fundings requests easy and quick. This part of Unlimitd’s service is key, as it is the moment that users first interact with Unlimitd’s services and are on the way to become clients. The second task was to complete and polish the new onboarding UI, as Unlimitd operated a rebranding with Pelo Studio, a French Design Agency. My role here was to help Unlimitd translate this new branding into their onboarding and product UI. This also meant completing the components library and adding a set of product color shades to the new brand color palette. Our collaboration was delivered with a fixed scope. It lasted 15 working days, spread over one month. This allowed us to take the time to review the designs, iterate, and validate the different user flows we created.
