Designing a scalable MVP for Original’s digital collectibles platform
Original is a platform that works as an NFT back-end for mobile apps. It empowers them with a complete NFT infrastructure, to create, sell and transfer NFTs without managing wallets, smart contracts nor crypto. Build easily, onboard seamlessly!
Project Goal
With the Original team, we collaborated to create the design of their platform, which did not exist yet and had been drafted in wireframes using Excalidraw. Building upon this initial foundation, we iterated together on Figma regarding user journeys and crafted the mockups, gradually shaping a complete MVP from scratch. Concurrently with the mockups, we also worked on the visual style of the application to ensure it was clean, modern, easy to adapt, and scalable: the branding had not yet been finalized when we started working on the app mockups, so it needed to be easy to apply later new colors to the app if necessary. This meant establishing a solid foundation with a flexible visual style.
